Scope
These conditions apply to all instructions given to Sterel c.s. Notariaat, Estate Planning and Mediation, practised in Sterel c.s. B.V. Anyone acting on behalf of the firm may rely on them.
Liability
The liability of the civil-law notary is limited to the amount paid out under the professional indemnity insurance, increased by the applicable excess. Instructions are accepted exclusively by Sterel c.s.; sections 7:404 and 7:407(2) of the Dutch Civil Code are excluded.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, our complaints procedure sets out how to raise this and how we handle it.
Questions
If anything is unclear, please ask us before you give an instruction. We would rather explain it beforehand than have a misunderstanding afterwards.
