Buying a home

Between the purchase agreement and the keys, a great deal happens at the notary. We check the title, arrange the deed of transfer and the mortgage deed, and make sure the payment is settled correctly. Before the transfer we go through the figures with you.

Selling a home

When you sell, we arrange the transfer to the buyer, redeem your existing mortgage and make sure the proceeds reach you. Any attachments or rights of way are dealt with first.

What we check

We examine the land registry, any easements, the ground lease if applicable and the situation of the owners association. That way you know exactly what you are buying or selling.
